Automating a manual task is a challenge, but tackling it while adapting to real-world production conditions is an even greater and far more complex one. At Neuronaix, in collaboration with Kassow Robots, we have developed an artificial intelligence solution capable of learning directly from operators’ gestures in real production environments. Using an advanced vision system and a patented gripper, our technology captures, analyzes, and reproduces these movements with unmatched precision.

The process is simple and efficient: gestures are first recorded in real conditions, then used to train a neural network. Finally, Kassow’s 7-axis robot replicates these movements adaptively, accounting for the inevitable variations in the industrial environment. This adaptability makes our solution particularly suited to demanding applications such as screwing, marking, welding, pick & place, assembly, and machine tending.

The 7-axis kinematics of the Kassow cobot provide gestural flexibility close to that of a human arm—an essential advantage when each cycle is similar but never strictly identical. A true revolution for automating complex gestures in dynamic industrial environments.
